Tom Barnes
Chief Executive Officer
Tom Barnes has led teams across the world in developing and supporting large scale international applications throughout his career. Recognizing the need for integrated trade solutions, Mr. Barnes founded Integration Point with the purpose of creating the premier Global Trade Management platform. Today, the Integration Point team spans the world, delivers global visibility to the largest multinational corporations, and supports regulatory requirements for over 150 countries.

Clay Perry
Senior Vice President - Global Markets
With over 20 years of experience managing technology teams throughout the manufacturing and distribution sectors of international trade, Mr. Perry has helped companies of all sizes from all industries realize the savings opportunities of global trade compliance automation. Mr. Perry focuses on the expansion of Integration Point into global markets. |
Melissa Irmen
Senior Vice President - Products & Strategy
Ms. Irmen is responsible for the marketing and product management strategies at Integration Point. Ms. Irmen is an active participant in various international trade initiatives and organizations including the World Customs Organization (WCO), National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones (NAFTZ), the International Compliance Professionals Association (ICPA), and the American Association of Exporters and Importers (AAEI). She provides technology and trade expertise to many Customs working groups, including the design team that created the automated US foreign-trade zone admission filing process (e214) and the COAC committee focused on the US importer security filing or "10+2" project. |
Angela Chamberlain
Vice President - Global Trade Content
Ms. Chamberlain is responsible for the Global Trade Content team at Integration Point. This team manages complex regulatory knowledge for over 140 countries, and it is this data that powers all Integration Point solutions. Throughout her career at Integration Point, Ms. Chamberlain has worked in various areas of software including designing, developing and implementing solutions that are being used by companies on a global platform. Ms. Chamberlain is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. |
Ned Chamberlain
Vice President - Solutions Delivery
With a background in designing, developing and implementing key business process software in companies throughout the world, Mr. Chamberlain leads the Solutions Delivery team at Integration Point. He has experience directly related to developing automation software to address complex business processes. Mr. Chamberlain oversees the configuration management, release management and technical implementations for all Integration Point customers. |
Kareem Howell
Vice President & Counsel
Mr. Howell is responsible for Integration Point legal activities around the world. Mr. Howell has experience in both private and public practice. He has represented parties in software licensing transactions, information technology equipment acquisitions, and intellectual property matters. |
Kris Kay
Vice President - Enterprise Development
Mr. Kay has experience in designing, developing and implementing enterprise software applications to simplify and automate processes related to the operations of international businesses. He has worked with many international companies in implementing web-based applications as well as continually evolving the solutions to meet business needs. At Integration Point, Mr. Kay takes the lead on all new product development initiatives and works with various teams on testing and implementations. |
Scott Lovin
Vice President - Architecture
With experience in designing and implementing enterprise network infrastructure, Mr. Lovin heads up the product development and architecture department at Integration Point. In this role he applies his experience in designing, developing and implementing business applications and processes for international companies. Mr. Lovin also oversees all the data center operations and works with product managers to guide the development direction of all Integration Point solutions. |
Scott McLaine
Vice President - Global Trade Operations
Scott McLaine has over 20 years of experience leading business change and technology deployments in the manufacturing, distribution, and financial services industries. As the Vice President of Global Trade Operations, Mr. McLaine is responsible for client support, data center operations, and risk management. Mr. McLaine focuses on delivering world class Trade Operations support and system availability to Integration Point’s clients around the globe.

Jill Natusch
Vice President - Client Services
Ms. Natusch has over 20 years of experience in developing, supporting and implementing software products for Foreign-Trade Zone operations and EDI applications. As the Vice President of Client Services at Integration Point, Ms. Natusch oversees software implementations for multi-national companies in all industries - automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, apparel/footwear, retail, petroleum, etc. Ms. Natusch is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. |
Kevin Shoemaker
Vice President - Global Solutions
Mr. Shoemaker is responsible for both global sales and product management at Integration Point. With over 15 years of experience in technology and logistics industries, Mr. Shoemaker has a deep understanding of global supply chain management with expertise in trade compliance, international logistics, supply chain network design, and supply chain visibility. In his role as Vice President - Global Solutions, Mr. Shoemaker works with clients in optimizing supply chains while improving compliance through the utilization of the Integration Point solutions. |
