BYTON entered into the EV market in 2016 with the intent to push the boundaries of mobility through digital transformation. TORONTO, October 23, 2018 – Thomson Reuters today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Integration Point, an international leader in global trade management (GTM) operations. The completion of the acquisition is subject to custom regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
